If any Indian Channel will telecast this league there vl b loads of Political conflicts rising so to be safe No Indian Channel willing to broadcast it even though Ten Network will be first to telecast it but they are forced to opt out.

D Sports have launched 2 days back now to get Broadcasting rights in such less tym it's next to impossible for them though dey can seize opportunity for next year of PSL.

I'm pretty sure that they didn't think of launching a sports channel on Monday and on Tuesday they went out to launch it.
They must have done months of market research, investments all over before launching a channel.
And Discovery Networks are a huge media house, they don't need to create their name in the market, nor do have any shortage of funds especially for getting the rights of PSL, which has got no takers for God knows what reason.
