Even though there's a Global launch on 20th & a China launch on 21st, as per the reports, OnePlus 5 will be first available for sale in India on June 22nd. OnePlus has already mentioned that, they are considering India as their Prime Market.

Only disappoint to me is with these huge specs of S835 & 6/8GB RAM, the display should be a QHD instead of FHD.

I dont mind FHD display. It can actually help with better battery backup. Actually FHD is fine for 5.5 inch

One Plus to hold pop-up event's apart from main launch event of One Plus 5

The Main launch event is a paid one. The invite costs you Rs.1000 where as pop-up events are absolutely free. Every one is invited to the event.
Also there will be sale of One Plus 5 during pop-up events with very limited stocks.

Not really.. Snapdragon 835, dual rear cameras.. it will give good competition.
Latest leak claiming price to be around $479 which come to about 31k Indian rupee, so price for 6 GB, 64 GB might be ₹ 31999/- which is a great price for the specs.

I would have loved 4K display as it have 4K recording, which will be useless if you can't really enjoy that. Doubt many in India can afford 4k television so 4k screen on mobile is the best bet for us to enjoy those videos.

so just a chipset and camera improvement as per leaks disappointing... i hope they get ip certified atleast...
