I visited Ola Service center with a work colleague yesterday whose Ola Scooter had stopped mid way the previous day.Seeing the state of the service center and listening to other customers i wonder why anyone purchases Ola scooters. They have so many issues and there were almost 1000's of vehicles waiting for servicing.I also came to know that the repair time for vehicles can run upto a month.Their sales figures are bumping up every month but it is quite obvious that the priority of Ola lies in increasing sales without resolving the customer issues. On top of this their owner speaks like a fraudster who invokes nationalist sentiment for any problem.I wonder why almost every Indian startup completely stray from their intended path as more and more money gets pumped into the companies.

Take Nothing for example, they accepted the flaws and priotized fixing them.

As i said Bhavish acts & talks like a fraudster.Hiding behind patriotism for every problem is not good. The relevant govt. agencies should look at the practices followed at his company.
