I have received the notification on my phone, You can check it manually. Go to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update.

If update is not available, You need to wait, As They (Motorola) releases the update in batches. May be you will receive in the next batch.

Update size is 733.1MB, 

I am downloading on my Jio and downloading is too slow 

I would recommended to download on WiFi.
