At an event held in London today, Nokia unveiled its next flagship Windows Phone 8 device, the Lumia 925. Like the earlier announced 928 (meant for the US market), the Lumia 925 is a 4.5-inch smartphone packing a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. It's also the first metal Lumia handset from the company.
It packs an 8.7-megapixel camera, 1GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. There's no microSD card slot. The smartphone features pentaband LTE support as well on top of the usual Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity.
The Lumia 925 will make its way to the hands of consumers in June, though only to markets such as Europe and China, while the US will get it in July. We're checking with Nokia for availability in the rest of Asia.
