If Jio has specific plans with ISD minutes and SMS. What's the purpose of these Top Ups?

Talk sensibly. The talk value in the ISD specific plans are only valid for 28 days. But the talkvalue of the round amount topups (Rs.10, Rs.20, Rs.30, Rs.50, Rs.100 and so on) are valid for lifetime.

Those are valid only for 90 days from the date of accumulation.

I will miss the vouchers, I use Jio only for data and calls change does not help me

Then use only WFH plans.

Yes. Even you can use the main balance to make / receive calls and send SMS during international roaming (if you have activated the facility by recharging with Rs.575 only once till the SIM is active* in jio network).

* means : The phone must not display 'SIM registration failed'.

Yes for ISD calls and for SMS beyond 100 per day.

Affected me a lot. Was doing 100x4 and enjoying 40 GB data and calls for 84 days.

Affected me also, I also doing same thing but it after 1 Jan, 2021 it doesn't help us.
Now I only hope with WFH plans but cons is u can't any calls.
