There was a No ball, or there wasn't, DSport was running ads, so no official clarification, everything speculated, what was officially broadcasted was the hawk eye presentation of the said balls, which clarified umpires decisions, also no evidence that Perera insisted the umpire, all speculations...

What you mean by speculation ? Did not you see 2 bouncer in a over 1st and 2nd ball ?

Ok, This is the hawk eye shown after the brawl, by the broadcasters, the first one (white one) looks a very close call, hence not called may be, second one(blue one) surely Umpires mistake, but since first wasn't called one for the over, second doesn't count to be a no ball (it should have been one for the over), the run out still counts in any case...

I am a bit disappointed when a team bowls with slow over rate the captain gets suspended for 1 match & here the player fined only 25% of match fees after behaving like that.

Coz umpire is also culprit in this issue

So icc want to close this issue ASAP instead of making into big so they give minimum penalty to shut shakib mouth
