I feel simple solution will instead of college hostel students should be move into mess house
If u are not in under observation 24×7 of senior no issue also in mess security lapse is less than hostell in hostell warden can be our purchase by senior

2nd soultion is if possible do regular journey avoid stay in night in hostell in day time raging chance is less

4265 MW electricity is available daily from the power stations of Bengal. However, few units are shut down for maintenance at Kolaghat, Sagardighi Bakreshwar power plant. It is supposed to produce 3755 units of electricity every day. However, the amount of power generation was 2409 MW till 5 pm yesterday. On Friday, which was hot, the daily electricity demand in the entire state reached close to 5,000 MW. Now the situation is somewhat on the right track.
