16 killed in fire at Covid hospital in Gujarat's Bharuch; PM Modi says 'pained by the loss of lives'

A fire broke out at Bharuch Welfare Hospital in Gujarat at around 1 am on Saturday. At least sixteen Covid-19 patients died in the incident.

To popularise the use of Gujarati, particularly among youngsters, the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities department has made it mandatory to use Gujarati in the display boards — be it plaques, instructions or information.. The measure will be mandatory for public, private and government bodies.

they should also try to motivate media channels in india to start gec /movie channels in Gujrati language as earlier ETv gujrati later rebranded to colors. etv can relaunch their channel , even zee could launch their gec after merging with sony they could also air hollywood movies in gujrati . star could collaborate with local channels to air its Hollywood movies in Gujrati languages also in their infotainment channels .
