New Zealand tour of India 2024

Rohit and ashwin will probably the two if the news is really true
What about Kohli and Jadeja? Hearing that Kohli wants to play for another two WTC cycles by skipping ODI format completely after CT25? Jadeja, should he play? He doesn't look threatening at all since three four years. I don't even know what he contributed in T20 WC this year.

Ashwin will be made scapegoat for having just 1 bad series in the last decade
That's fine. But what about Jadeja and Kohli. For sure Rohit needs to go. Age is catching up and he doesn't have desire to play long innings even in ODI format.

I feel this indian team now needed in test format

Ruturaj gaikwad
Dhruv jurrel(wk)
Rishabh pant (c)
Nitish reddy
Sai sudarshan

Washington sundar
Bumrah
Shami / Mukesh Kumar

Shami has one year of cricket left in him only. Mukesh Kumar only for South Africa and England tours. There are not enough fast bowlers in team. Arshadeep and Avesh Khan at the moment is must. Avesh Khan picked up close to 50 wickets in one of the Ranji season. Akashdeep is must too. I will prefer Sai Sudarshan over Jaiswal overseas.

Actual problem is less coverage of ranji nd more of T20 league hence avesh as a T20 run machine etched in my mind

Although in home soil we miss a good replacement spinner of Ashwin as curator always ready to give spinner helping wickets maybe kotiyaan a good spinner but let's see
