I opted for physical verification. Not for e verification. I sent document via speed post. And it just reached. So it'll take some time

Yes, I did and faced similar issue. Just enter the OTP and wait, don't click anywhere. It may stuck for a min but eventually you will get confirmation message or check under My Returns/Files.

Try to login from your net banking site and then everify, will not ask any OTP or verification if you are coming from NetBanking
