My friend is getting this error while submitting ITR

For me, screen keeps loading after login. Tried all different browsers but same error.

Update, it's started working now.

Was able to file my return in less than 5 mins, almost all data was pre-filled and had to verify with form 16 and done.

Thia is big scam if its true, don't see any reason why this portal will cost 4200 CR.

Finally after being down for 3 to 4 days, the portal is up again. It seems to be working fine now. It was quick and responsive. Filed for couple of customers today without any bugs or slow site speed.

Why he is filing the returns for AY20-21. The current AY is AY21-22.

Project development cost would be 42 crore. (This amount itself too much for that portal imo). Rest would be in some individual's pockets.

Did some research, it's not only the portal development but also they need to maintain for 8.5 years including all costs, hardware, manpower and all forms of maintenance. But still 4200 cr is not justified.
