Most of the 4k TVs already got streaming apps with 4k support. Then why should they buy this device? Just for the Alexa!??

This stick or even Apple TV 4k is not necessary for 4k Android TVs.

They should stop selling the First Gen Fire Tv Stick and start selling this 4k model for 4000/-. They can also launch the Fire Tv Cubeto compete with Mi Box and others. If Xiaomi start selling their Mi Box with their outlets, no one will buy Fire Tv Stick.
