Anything that is not a library title will be coming to Hotstar at the same time as Disney+... Only Disney channel originals, and library content differs in addition.

The general entertainment content (STR content as they refer internationally) differs a lot based on the contracts they have going... Like most of the 20th TV & FX stuff comes to India along with the usa before most of the countries and some ABC Singnature and Free form content doesn't show up at all in India
