There's 'Recently added' available but don't think that's proper.

Recently added is not 100% accurate as renewed contracts and older items appear there. JustWatch.com website has a list of new items by date but that too has many errors. Else we have to keep looking at each category manually for any new shows. I also use search by network/studio name to find any changes.
