Contacted them ,made me uninstall and reinstall the app several times.But it is not yet solved.They have escalated it to their technical team.No idea why this is happening ,need to check using someone else's prime account.

I am getting subtitles while streaming using Jio , issue is when I use BSNL broadband.I have used another broadband Asianet also no issues on that too.

I think Indian version of Amazon Prime has Better contains,
{I am in KSA using the same app but couldn't find more Bollywood movies, even from searching option, feel very bad maximum Bengali movies are present. When I try to find something..... It's said "sorry we couldn't find anything matching"
