I do know, Prime has tie up with some dubbing studios through them they will do and release. And that will be official dubbing since they have rights to WB's movies.

FYI Equalizer 2, Dark Knight Rises,Land Lord, Searching, Flight 192,Beacon Point, Bright Burn,Dog's Way Home, Escape Room,Late Night,Skybound,Wedding Guest were not released in theatres in telugu and some in tamil,hindi !

I said this because fan made Hindi Dubbing of Joker is also available online. So its easy to be confused.
