Seeking Help New Broadband Connection Help

Guy's I'm going to take a Broadband from my local cable operator. They are providing optical fibre connection and my pack ₹590 for 60Mbps unlimited. But they are charging ₹4200 without any recharge. They said I've to take ONU device from them.
Is it a good deal?
My ISP is Meghbela PMPL Broadband.

Installation cost looks high to me. Maximum it should be ₹3000 even with ONU device.

When i took my optical fiber connection from LCO it costed me ₹1500 with ONU device. It was back on 2017 though.
