Could you explain Automatic Headlight feature a bit.
AHO ≠ Automatic Headlight On
AHO = Always Headlight On

It means Our Headlight Will be Always ON

& There will be no way to Stop them
As no Switch will be Provided....

& From April 1st 2017
it is mandatory for all bikes to make Thier Headlight Switch Removed as to follow AHO

# i my self own "Hero iSmart 110"
Which was first AHO Bike in india...

Will the headlights remain "ON" in daylight too as you said that there are no headlight switches.

Yes bro....
i too got irritated by iSmart 110
& Asked the Top Officials of Hero
for Alternative way to switch off the light

Then they fixed it by adding custom Switch for my bike...

But As This Rule was implementing in just 1month....

Nothing we can do, with this....

No this feature will not kill battery (atleast in the case of Activa).
Because it is directly connected with engine. Its not dependent on battery. So no issue for battery. Even horn is now connected with engine. But everyone on road is remi ding you to off the headlamp. It is very awkward lol.

That is the problem many sport riders too facing in India. "A bhai tera headlight ON hai" type comments they are used to. For a light which can't be turned off.
