Seeking Help Need help regarding Vritual dj 8

I am using Windows 10 pro. When I am running virtual DJ 8 pro and when I am pressing shift+ space bar for snys and when I am clicking on any buttons in vritual dj its not working. I have update my driver and reset my PC but still facing problem . but when I am plugging in mouse its working fine. Please help me .
