Has anyone tried the 'fully block DND' option?

Yesterday, I activated it on my number and my father’s number, but I didn't activate it on my mother's number because I was a little confused. I wasn't sure whether I would still receive calls from delivery boys or not. The reason being, many companies like Ekart and Amazon use business numbers. Could anyone please confirm exactly what types of calls and SMS are blocked? Thanks in advance!

You will recieve calls from delivery personals. Only promotional calls are blocked. I have fully activated DND since several years and I frequently shop online. Till date I have not face any issue with delivery personals.

Jio / Airtel / Vi / BSNL?

Tried on all Jio, Vi and Airtel. Haven't used a BSNL sim since last 9 years. So don't know about them.
