Need Help for SAMSUNG S9 PLUS

Hi All,

I was using S9 plus in kuwait for more than 2 months, I came to India today and when I inserted indian sim ( IDEA) it mentions " network locked sim card inserted " I called idea CS they keep on mentioning its your mobile phone issue.

Any solution for this.

you phone is country locked
you can ask for unlock code from your service provider in kuwait

You might have bought carrier locked version. So you need to contact your carrier and unlock the device.

If it's a unlocked you will not face this issue.

I bought this from an electronic showroom not linked with any network provider. How to solve this here??

Oh that's weird it should have been unlocked after 5mins voice call through local service provider sim.
