My jio fiber acting weird!!!!

hello guys im new here and just for 1 reason that is my jiofiber is acting weird so let me tell you about me first im an IT engineer myself but i have not able to fix this issue for a month now - the problem is as follows
i cant have internet access to ipv4 network due to this i cant access many sites such as - twitter,quora,steam,online games and many more which use ipv4 sites and my ipv6 shows connected and pls beleive me i have done all the fixes there are possible to name a few resetting all the setting whether it is of pc or of router also all the cmd commands for eg - flushdns,renew etc still not fixed also when i add my static ip it still doesnt work also all my physical parts of pc and router are fine and normal since my pc internet works fine on diffrent routers and hotspots etc also the wifi from my router to my other devices such as mobile works . its only the issue between my pc and the jiofiber also from what i can imagine its issue with the dns but i have done all the fixes for it by putting diffrent dns such as google,cloudfare etc still not fixed . And please note that my internet shows connected and it works fine for some websites such as youtube,google,chatgpt etc.So please tell me if anyone has the fix or if anyone can help it would be deeply appreciated

Tried resetting your router?

You can do that, you won't need to setup anything other than your WiFi name and password.

If it is happening even after complete reset then I don't think there is anything you can do. Just raise service request with Jio and wait for their engineer.

Try prioritycare at jio.com if you cannot raise complaint by call or chat.

i did that and they even came to my house and im not kidding even they cant figure it out

Raise complaint at appellate authority of your state and include the service request ID of your previous complaint. They will try hard to fix your issue.
