Because they didn't ban more than 15 years old vehicles which are also creating pollution in Delhi. BSIII, BSII, vehicles should be ban completely, and all Public Transport should be electrified (swappable battery system) ..

I thought Delhi was doing much better regarding reducing the pollution gets created by vehicles by that odd & even number scheme...But I am not fully sure about the current situation there...

Most of the South Indian restaurants are removing Onion Dosa from their menu. That was the effect...
