Mobile Hotspot Through WiFi Network

Dear All Friend,

I have a WiFi network in my campus. It is easily catch my mobile, but no signal receipt in my Solid 6033 STB for long distance. Which Android Apps. work moble hotspot from my mobile to my STB. Currently When I hotspot on, wifi network off.

Give me solution.

U cant use phone since phone has only one wifi chip. Instead buy a wifi repeater or extender for increasing the range

You can only share data connection from mobile via hotspot. Wi-Fi is automatically turned off when you start hotspot!

I can install "My WiFi Router" in my desktop. I can easily share my wiFi to any mobile or STB. But this apps not support and work in my mobile.

Yes, it's possible on desktop. But not on mobile.

If i purchase a wifi Repeater or extender, then any lan connectivity need or not? or my desktop will on for operate the wifi extender.

I have no idea Wifi repeater. I have signal from my Flat service provider through Access point.
