Microsoft doesn’t have any solid dates to announce just yet, but the company has started teasing what Edge will look like on macOS.

Microsoft teases its Edge browser for macOS

New version of Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) is being rolled out by Microsoft. New version of Edge Dev is 76.0.152.0 and Edge Canary is 76.0.161.0.
Most of the improvements included in Microsoft Edge Dev are also available for Microsoft Edge Canary.

Changelog for Edge Dev-
  • 'Copy download link’ option on the context menu for the downloaded item.
  • Context menu for an aborted download no longer shows a list of disabled items.
  • When you Right-click on any cancelled download, you will now see only one option to Copy Download Link. Earlier, the browser displayed greyed out options such as Open, Always open files of this type and Show in folder.
  • Now the Built-in PDF reader has a new option which saves a local copy of the document.
  • If there is no site icon available for your quick links on the new tab page, then Edge will now display an icon of the first letter of that website.
  • Increased size of text on the user profile layout.
  • If Tab is at minimum width then The tab close button would appear at the centre position.
  • You can now press enter and not Just space to Switch Tabs using Keyboard.
Apart from all these changes Microsoft Edge Edge Canary will now work seamlessly with Windows 10 Dark Mode settings, there is no longer need to manually toggle Flags for that feature.
