Beta users who Still not got access,
Here is Tip to get.
Just login to WhatsApp web and click on Meta AI and Start Chat. And then , we can chat from mobile too. But Won't get Meta AI in main menu.

There is something wrong from WhatsApp,they have intentionally blocked for Some beta users.
After following above steps. I just signed to beta in WhatsApp web, then it didn't allowed me to continue the chat
