Seeking Help Let me understand Jio Airfiber bill

One of my colleague has taken jio airfiber 6 month advance plan (monthly 888 plan ) and paid (888+888*.18)=₹1047.84*6=₹6287 .
Now within 6 month his account showing ₹2844 over due.
Upon examine his bill I found some other charge has been added and 888 plan charged from ₹1047.84 to ₹1497.84 Now please anyone let me understand this bill

Has he taken any addon OTT app which is not part of the base plan ?

I can understand the bill, Netflix basic to 4K upgrade Rs.450/-amount charged in the bill (Rs.381.36+GST), We should observe that Netflix playing HD mode or 4K in STB or TV, otherwise it will goes to 4K and bill will increase as I have faced similar issue in ACT-Netflix bundle plan.
