Seeking Help Jio AirFiber bill scam?

I took jio airfibre connection back in Aug 21st after paying for 3 months... for last month, bill was ₹0 as expected but this month payable amount is ₹45.. but i don't know why.. anyone any lead?

seems jio has hidden charges or new scam to loot customers

Your plan as I can evaluate is Rs.599+ 18% GST= Rs.706.82.
You recharged on 17th April 2024 for 6 months= Rs. 599*6+ 18% GST= Rs.4240.92+ Rs. 1000 installation charges= Rs. 5240.92.

6 months break date-

21st April - 20nd May -1st Month,
21st May -20th June - 2nd Month,
21st June- 20th July - 3rd Month,
21st July- 20th August - 4rth Month,
21st August -20th September -5th Month,
21st September - 20th October -6 Month.

You were asked to recharge on 21st September with Rs.700.
Actually, you got 5 month instead of 6 months.

You may contact jio customer care and ask for refund for one month or get one month money adjusted. Your choice bro.

6 months bill starting from 20 th April ends on 21st October. As he got 5 months instead of 6 months, he may talk with jio customer care service to get extra month.

Bro this may be the difference between number of days between your installation date and your billing cycle..
I also took Jio Air fiber connection..The connection was installed on 8th and my billing cycle is 11th date of each month.So I has to pay Rs 70 for 3 days of usage from 8th to 10th..
This is only one time charge.
So I suggest you to check your installation date and billing cycle

Yes..if anyone books jio Fiber on 25th of any month or Jio Air Fiber on 21st of any month then they will have no issues with the billing cycle.
One, two,three days before and after the billing cycle effects a lot.

Its one of the biggest scams.

I took jio for amounts on 27th dec. Instead of 2120 u had to pay 2220.

Sales rep said 4 days of December will be balanced on the overall billing

So on that calculation i have paid till 31st march.

But fir 27th - 31st dec they deducted 1k from 2.22k, next month January & Fev deducted 707 each, that total becomes 2400, but amount paid was 2.22k, so now over due became 200rs, n for march they charged 707, so that became outstanding 900rs.

Wherein my connection is till 31st march , how come i have to pay 900 outstanding. Biggest scam of JIO
