@Esmail but that will be against the SC order, right? May be AGR definition change for coming days is possible, imho.

Now next step has to be modify the definition of AGR to exclude revenue from non core telecom services and apply it retrospectively and refund the excess amount paid by the operators.
AGR definition will be change prospectively by DOT as per news, but maritorium might implement for all telecom dues for another 2 years i.e. till 2024.

Wont opposition chidded Gov of suit boot sarkar favoring buisness and ignoring common men/farmers
