Yes, RIO agreement need to be signed with broadcasters to comply with NTO.

I think soon Jio TV+ will follow TRAI NTO. Also IPTV service is cheaper than DTH. Because in DTH we have to give Network Capacity fee to DTH provider.

That is the reason JIO TV+ is offering Sony channels digital feed, Zee channels through Z5 and Sun channels through Sun nxt app.

Jio tv+ followed NTO for STAR & ETV satellite channels with curated pack of Rs.599, Rs.899/- etc. They offers mix of satellite and digital channels in Jio tv+ unlike Airtel, which offers satellite feeds in iptv stb and digital feeds in xstream app.

the new interface doesn't work right now so using up down buttons to navigate the channels or using side arrows to check EPG (guide) doesn't respond at all. And right afterwards, it automatically goes back to the regular interface.

When this ui show then Don't press navigation up, down, left, right button. Just press channel up and down button, then it will work.
Developers must fix this and add navigation buttons option also to check other channels egp without switching current channel.

It's come without update it's showing for normal airfiber user as well from today but mostly not useful until it's implemented full manner
