I am using Jio from starting. The net speed is excellent. The call quality between Jio to Jio is really awesome. But the call drop rate is 98%. ie If I make 100 calls 98 calls gets dropped. If is interconnecting problem or Jio itself having problem?

Actually my earlier sim was wrongly activated by the retailer for JioFi device. After 5 days, the customer care told me to go back to the retailer. He will give you new sim with same number. I went and he again took thumb impression.
And within 5 mins, sim was activated. Calling & data working fine now.

Oh! Same thing happened with my frd he's not able to use data he's able to call that's I'm asking but Today his SIM Card started using data automatically just before few he told me. And, really appreciate your efforts.

Hii everyone.

The new updated my jio app has a tab to manage device. Here we can enter the jiofi device serial number and manage it. My problem is that what is the serial number we have to enter ???
