They are a huge brand in mobile retail outlet in TN.. i don't see a reason for them to play.. here's the full ad on the newspaper.. you can see they have mentioned this offer for Vivo and Oppo phones as well which are not yet added by Jio on their list of partners..

As my data services are activated,I tried calling using Jio sim first from normal phone dialer and then from Jio Join

From Dialer the call is straightaway getting cut,while call from Jio Join is taking to Verification,so do I need to dial 1977 now from Jio Join to enable Free Calling? :huh

Got the info from CC, Jio open sim is officially available. But many of the reliance stores are not interested to issue these sims because they are afraid to handle large number of people's at a time. CC suggest to check with stores via phone before visiting..

Frenz , I got my Jio SIM on friday, 26/08/2016. They said two days for getting activated. To day, I inserted the SIM in Samsung J7 primary SIM slot and dialled 1977 for activation, But I get error msg as "Mobile network not available". What to do now?
