Contact customer care as my cousin jiotv working on jio fiber if he switch to other net provider doesnt work even with hotspot from jio sim dont work just with jio fiber anyway i will ask him again and confirm with him as i dont have jio giga fiber.

I have Jio Giga fiber internet connection.... but Jio TV app in fire TV is not working.

I think JIO will release new version of TV app.

I think the people to whom jio officially installed the app could provide the version info that can be matched with the one that most of us are using.
