First go to My Jio App then go to BANK option.
Now you will see a banner "Upgrade To Jio Payments Bank". Go to this banner and complete the steps.

Bro my 'My jio App' version is 6.0.04. You can easily download it from playstore, same version is available there.
I think JPB is currently for few customers, it will be available for all shortly.
