I think it will be mainly some kind of businesses who will be taking Starlink, and few rich people living in very remote or hilly areas.

It's Possible jio to bring starlink at low price compare to Airtel

Starlink is riding on both the leading networks. So forget competition it's gonna be like a monopoly in the space broadband segment. Don't expect prices to be affordable to retail users. It will make sense to schools and organisations in hilly areas, or banks ATM networks spread across the country and similar use cases for enterprise segment.
