Just now checked after disabling data, I can make calls.
I forgot, voice call is free.

Yes bro we can make calls with data disabled.

But can we receive/make calls when data is enabled for another operator sim on dual sim mobile.

I have Jio and Airtel sims on my mobile, I need to use Jio sim for default data to be able to use calls on Jio. If I set Airtel for data automatically Jio sim is loosing volte connection and I am no longer able to make calls.

Nope @ that time jio sim in disable stage so not possible
