No bro.. prime membership is not mandatory.
One can opt regular recharges as well. For example: if u r prime user, you will get 2 gb data and if you are non prime user, you will get 300 mb data. Calls are always free on any packs. Local, std, roamimg and sms.

Yeah bhaiya i know itz not mandatory and regular packs also there but @Raviteja bro told post #50 we can get free calls possible without any pack like that itz not right na ..

JIo.com/login through email/select prime recharge option/debit card/enter otp/money deducted /on jio number msg rcvd recharge was unsuccessful.
