99 Spent but Recharge Not Done..

Must be Server is very busy like online flash sale or like irctc 2-3 years back . Try after 10-12 days when dust settle.

I request bros to wait 3 to 4 days for things to get settle servers will be busy for 1 week then it back to normal .. We have time till 31st march 2017 no need to hurry to enroll. #IMO ..

You should know that it will return automatically after 3-5 days depending upon banks after I am sure it's not the first time payment failed for you

oops I thought payment failed happens with everybody but it seems payment failed only with me :shy

Anyway don't worry. Nobody will run away with your money it will auto credit to your account within few days. That's the beauty of digital transaction as you have proof as transaction ID in your bank statement

Even I made Payment of Rs 99 Money got debited from my A/c but no Balance yet but not worrying since If it's rejected Money will be Auto Debited in my A/c.
