Adani have non-compete with Ambani.

Adani doesn't have a non-compete agreement with Ambani, they have a non-poaching agreement for the employees of the two companies. Both are totally different things. Non-compete agreement was what the two Ambani brothers had with each other after the separation of assets following Dhirubhai's death.
