They can do whatever they want, but I will never go for daily data plans. Will use WiFi in Home, Office (as WiFi is available in 95% of places I visit wrt work) and keep Mobile Data always OFF. In rare cases, I may use data vouchers or topup.

Correct, if we are businessmen, but we are employees depends on income from job, so we need not require all these risks (away from mobile phone and data).
Maybe we can convince the boss that we can't afford these hiked plans of Telcos, hence increase the salary or else giv us ' airtel allowance,jio allowance ' in our CTC
