That's because Netflix's compression is far superior to Hotstar's.

D+ HS has a crappy compression to reduce server load.

Apple TV+ has the best audio among all streaming services.

Some finding about pictures quality of jiohostar app

Hbo peacock paramount and warner bro all movies available in 1080P @ 6 mbps bitrate which is very good bitrate for full hd content also full hd content had 3 type of bitrate 3 mbps 4.5mbps and 6 mbps
So when you download any movies it download in lowest bitrate for 1080p 3 mbps but you can stream it upto 6 mbps bitrate
Disney marvel and pixar movies and show are upto 2.5mbs bitrate and some are at 1.5 mbps for full hd which is very poor bitrate for 1080p content
