I clarified it with the Jio PR team and they said the 50 day trial is an ongoing offer for Jio Fiber and Air fiber customers it has no connection with this 299 plan which is for prepaid mobile users. Both offerings are separate.
For Fiber and Air fiber users they will have to pay all the required equipment cost as safety deposit and it will be refunded at the time of surrender of connection post the free trial period.
 
I already have hotstar super pack with jio airfiber connection.
Can i get hotstar premium 4k plan with 100 Rs addon recharge on same jio mobile number?
 
My jio plan 899/- is going to expire next month.
If I recharge before 31 march, will I get benefits?
bcoz new plan will auto activate after first plan expire.

Yes you will get it. The JioHotstar subscription will auto activate on 22nd March and will continue for 3 30 day cycles but you will need an active base plan throughout the duration for the 2nd and 3rd 30 day subscription to activate. If your base plan expires in between and you don't recharge it within 2 days of expiry then your subsequent 30 day subscriptions won't get activated.
