Yes you will get it. The JioHotstar subscription will auto activate on 22nd March and will continue for 3 30 day cycles but you will need an active base plan throughout the duration for the 2nd and 3rd 30 day subscription to activate. If your base plan expires in between and you don't recharge it within 2 days of expiry then your subsequent 30 day subscriptions won't get activated.

i have already taken 3 month jio hotstar mobile plan in Rs. 49/- (as offer was showing on my mobile) and it will expire mid of May month.
then what will happen with jio hotstar validity after recharge ?

Both plans will run in parallel. The single screen 4K plan will supersede the mobile plan and will continue after the Mobile plan expires in May until 20th June which is 90 days from 22nd March.
