Seeking Help Jio fiber customer care not responding

I had tried more than 50 times to talk with customer support to closed my connection.
Over this number 1800-896-9999
Also sent email but not got any response yet.
Worst service provider Jio.

Same for me also applied and paid for jio airfiber on 6th june still no update or calls from them installation is still pending.

Very bad service from Jio.
Im not comparing airtel with jio here but just want to say my airtel airfiber got installed next day of order.
