4k is there in apple tv 4k...but video quality option show max full hd...its app error...
But 25fps not looking good...

You sure that its playing in 4k in apple tv and its just the app error?
Also if what you are saying is true then even highlights are playing in 4k because the live feed and highlights quality looks similar.
