That's correct. I didnt realize that 5Ghz hotspot is also possible when I tested it. I will test 5GHz also but I want to go to the spot where speeds are 600-700mbps. My home doesnt have proper 5G coverage

Tested with 5Ghz hotspot yesterday. It was able to preserve 70-80% speeds

You need to tether to PC and your phone must have a USB 3.2 gen1+ port or Wifi 6e but 6e (6Ghz) is not permitted for Wifi use by the Indian government yet.

I will try with tethering soon but I prefer wireless only

Well Ranjit is wrong. VoNR is active on Jio since launch here is the proof.
