as this may be based on mmwave antenna enabled towers
otherwise niether 700mhz nor 3.5ghz able to give such results

It's available everywhere. 3.5Ghz will be able to give this speeds. Some bandwidth is kept specially for these people.

1499, 2499 and 3999 is for Jio Airfiber MAX only, where a mimosa C6/C6x is used for PTMP with an A6, installed on the Jio tower.
The A6 is connected via an SFP+ from the Switch/OLT, and is configured to provide Internet via EoGRE and v6-only, using UBR 5GHz DFS Radio.
