With whom ??? NC, INC ??? They already have said they are not interested to join hands with PDP. Within 6 months Assembly will be dissolved, Governor already had all party meet with NC, PDP, INC, BJP and other local parties.

New elections and mandate is best solution . Although I personally think that Jammu and Kashmir should be broken down into small provinces like rest of India .in this way it will be easy to rule and govern and will also help to work more on people welfare and eradicating terrorism will be a lot easier .
The current status is not working well IMHO.

Fully agree with you. Actually i felt making it a UNION TERRITORY would be much better so that development happens faster and law and order is better handled by centre. Earlier there was a proposal for trifurcation of the state into parts.

But whatever you and I say cannot happen till Article 370 is in place, this article doesnt allow Centre to create a UT or divide the state or change its borders. Centre will need the consent of the State Assembly and State Govt before going forward but as we no none one the state parties there will accept this.

There must be a way to remove this article so that all the issues of J&K are solved soon
