Seeking Help Issues with establishing Jio Fiber Connection

I’ve successfully connected 3 mobiles, laptop, Binge+ STB with JioFiber but there’s some issues while trying to connect with my PC. It’s showing connected but no internet. The PC is also not showing in the list of connected or blocked devices on my Jio app. What to do?

Try Lan Cable if possible. And see the outcome.
